We are building on 35+ years of experience of CCC in making quality implantable medical devices. CCC´s manufacturing facility complies with the QA System ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003.

MediVed products are CE approved. This means that MediVed products meet the essential requirements of the relevant European Directives.

We have taken care in building our plant for exceptional quality.  Our manufacturing operations include:

1.    Class 100,000 and Class 10,000 classification clean rooms, controlled for        temperature and humidity.
2.    State-of-the-art sterilization and device packaging operations for
       long-term stability.
3.    Digitally controlled machines for precision engineered components.
4.    In-house circuit assembly operations with reliability testing.
5.    Most assembly operations performed under 30- 40x magnification for ensuring        desired quality of the process step.
6.   Functional and reliability testing at many stages of assembly including the final        testing comprising of several hundred verification sequences.

MediVed products are manufactured in  plants with ISO 13485 certification, the highest quality standard for medical device manufacturing governed by the European Union.
